The Les Paul Custom Lite is a streamlined, weight-relieved take on the iconic Les Paul Custom, offering the same high-end aesthetic and tonal character in a more comfortable and stage-friendly package. With its elegant appointments and versatile humbucker-driven voice, this model delivers classic Gibson Custom Shop feel with enhanced playability for modern performers.
This Les Paul Custom Lite produces the signature Les Paul tone—rich, harmonically complex lows, a strong and focused midrange, and singing highs with excellent sustain. The humbuckers provide everything from warm, clean articulation to powerful rock crunch and soaring lead tones. The lighter construction makes it especially comfortable for long playing sessions while maintaining the authority and punch expected from a Les Paul Custom.
The Black Ebony finish, paired with classic Custom-style binding and elegant appointments, gives this guitar a timeless, professional aesthetic that stands out both on stage and in the studio.
This guitar comes complete with its Original Hardshell Case (OHSC). It remains structurally original, with a few tasteful upgrades for improved performance and reliability.
Condition: 9.2/10 – Very Good. Medium pickguard scratches and general play wear on the top. Moderate buckle rash is present on the back. There is a small ding at the tip of the headstock. Tuners have been replaced with Kluson locking tuners, and strap buttons are non-original. Overall, a solid, great-playing Les Paul Custom Lite with honest cosmetic wear and functional upgrades.
