Built by Martin, the 00-16C is a beautifully crafted vintage nylon-string model that combines traditional classical design with Martin’s renowned American craftsmanship and warm, balanced tonal response.
This 00-16C delivers a rich, articulate nylon-string voice with smooth mids, rounded highs, and excellent note separation. The comfortable 00 body size offers a focused, intimate response that works wonderfully for classical, fingerstyle, folk, and recording applications. Decades of aging have given this instrument a mature, open tone with excellent responsiveness and warmth.
The Natural finish remains remarkably well preserved for its age, showcasing the guitar’s vintage elegance while maintaining its clean, original appearance.
