This example is additionally hand-signed by Bill Collings, adding rare collector significance.
Built for power, clarity, and dynamic range, the D1A delivers a bold dreadnought voice with tight low-end response, rich midrange presence, and articulate, cutting highs. The Adirondack top provides exceptional headroom and responsiveness, making it ideal for bluegrass, flatpicking, and powerful strumming styles while still retaining clarity at lower dynamics.

This guitar is all original (OG) and comes complete with its Original Hardshell Case (OHSC).
Condition: 9/10 – Very Good. Shows some play wear with a few dings on the top, light surface scratches on the sides and back, and a clean neck overall. There are fret dimples present on the B and E strings from frets 1–5. Overall, it remains structurally excellent and highly playable.
