The D-18GE features a traditional mahogany body paired with a premium Adirondack spruce top and scalloped bracing, resulting in outstanding headroom, strong fundamental projection, and a dry, punchy response that excels in bluegrass, folk, and acoustic recording settings. There are light pickguard scratches, a handful of dings on the top including a small cluster on the treble-side upper bout, light buckle rash, a few dings on the back of the neck, and light headstock scratches. Overall, a well-maintained and great-playing Golden Era Martin.
