Another quality Guitar from Lovies Guitars!
Lovies Guitars is excited to present this 2007 Taylor 814ce ES-1 Acoustic Guitar finished in Natural with its Original Hardshell Case. The 814ce is one of Taylor’s longtime flagship models, offering the classic Grand Auditorium body shape with a versatile voice that works beautifully for both strumming and fingerstyle playing.
This example features Taylor’s original Expression System 1 electronics, giving you a practical way to take the natural acoustic voice of the guitar to the stage or studio. The 814ce combination of tonewoods and Grand Auditorium body delivers a balanced response with plenty of clarity, warmth, and projection.
8/10 – Good
This guitar shows moderate cosmetic wear consistent with its age and use. There are two finish scratches by the pickguard, light scratches on the pickguard, and various dings across the top. There is also a deep finish check on the top underneath the bridge on the bass side.
The top binding has three dings, and some finish has flaked near the controls by the neck pocket. There is some finish discoloration around the end pin, light scratching on the treble-side waist, and wear in the finish along the back binding.
The back of the neck has a few light indents. There is some finish discoloration on the top of the headstock, along with some wear on the back of the headstock. The back is otherwise clean aside from some finish discoloration.
Overall, this is a solid-playing Taylor 814ce with a good amount of honest cosmetic wear, reflected in the 8/10 Good condition rating.
The guitar is Original (OG) and includes the Original Hardshell Case.
