Officially known as the “LPB7” model, this is a very elegant and vintage-correct Custom Shop Les Paul with a mahogany carved top as well as a solid, non-weight relieved mahogany body and one-piece neck with a hearty “baseball bat” profile carve. The pair of PAF reissue ’57 Classic humbuckers deliver a range of tones from snarling, harmonic rich power in the bridge position, to more mellow and wooly tones at the neck. The tone stays defined and warm in all positions, and the mahogany top adds to the uniqueness of the tones on tap. This guitar has the kind of sustain and fullness that only comes with a truly great Gibson instrument. Great Shape with just some light hardware fade and tarnish, buckle wear, a tiny touch up by the pots, and a few minor indents and marks on the body, easy 8.7/10! ALL Original.
