This compact semi-hollow from Gibson delivers the warmth, resonance, and versatility of an ES-style guitar in a smaller, more comfortable body size. With its centerblock construction, the ES-339 offers airy semi-hollow character while maintaining excellent sustain and feedback resistance—perfect for blues, rock, jazz, and beyond.
The Trans Black Ebony finish beautifully showcases the figured top beneath a sleek dark burst, giving this guitar a refined modern look with classic Gibson style.
This guitar is all original (OG) and comes complete with its Original Hardshell Case (OHSC).
Condition is rated at 9.0/10 – Excellent. There is medium play wear on the pickguard, a small ding on the top of the treble horn, and light scratches on the top. You’ll also find one light indent below the control knobs, various small finish dings on the front of the headstock, several small dings on the back, and light scratches on the back. There is some finish wear on the treble side of the neck around frets 2–3. All wear is cosmetic and consistent with regular careful use.
