The ES-339 delivers the rich, dimensional tone and unmistakable character of Gibson’s legendary semi-hollow designs in a smaller, more comfortable body. Combining classic Gibson construction with modern versatility, the ES-339 is an exceptional choice for blues, jazz, rock, and virtually any style demanding warmth, sustain, and dynamic response.
Built with a 3-ply Maple/Poplar/Maple body and solid Maple center block, the ES-339 offers the airy resonance of a semi-hollow guitar while retaining excellent sustain and feedback resistance. The Mahogany neck and Rosewood fingerboard provide a familiar Gibson feel, while a pair of calibrated Gibson humbuckers deliver articulate cleans, warm neck tones, and powerful bridge pickup crunch with classic PAF-inspired character.
The Trans Black Ebony finish gives this ES-339 a sleek, sophisticated appearance while allowing subtle character from the body to show through. Its compact semi-hollow body is exceptionally comfortable both seated and standing, offering players the classic ES experience without the larger footprint of a traditional ES-335.
This guitar is all original (OG) and comes complete with its Original Hardshell Case (OHSC).
Condition: 9.4/10 – Excellent. Shows medium pickguard scratches from normal playing and light surface scratches on the back of the neck. The back, sides, and headstock remain exceptionally clean overall. A very well-kept example with only minor cosmetic play wear.
