Lovies Guitars is excited to present this Gibson Les Paul Custom 3 Pickup Electric Guitar finished in Sunburst. This Les Paul Custom features the classic three-pickup layout, but has been modified with an additional pickup route and a unique set of electronics, making this a seriously distinctive player’s guitar.
The guitar features Schaller pickups, with one in the neck position and two in the bridge positions. The pickups are wired with push-pull pots for additional tonal options. It also features non-original tuners and an additional pickup cavity that has been professionally routed into the body.
This example has plenty of honest wear and a significant repair history. The Sunburst finish shows fading on the front, a ding next to the pickup selector, and several smaller dings. The back has large buckle rash along with additional dings and scratches on the sides. The headstock has been previously repaired and repainted. This is a well-worn, heavily modified player’s Les Paul with plenty of character.
Condition: 8/10 – Good. Headstock has been repaired and repainted. Additional pickup slot routed into the body. Finish fading on the front, ding next to the switch, and several small dings on the front. Large buckle rash on the back with additional dings and scratches on the sides.
