Lovies Guitars is excited to offer up this Gretsch G6120 Nashville Arch Top Hollow Body Electric Guitar in a Beautiful Blue Shade Finish! The 6120 was originally designed in collaboration with the legendary Chet Atkins, and has been played by a whole swathe of legends over it’s rich history. The Terada-made instruments are famously beautifully built, and this one is totally spot-on from top to tail. The ‘blue shade’ finish is certainly uncommon, 6120s are most commonly very orange, so this is instantly eye catching. The gold hardware has gives this instrument class and looks totally stunning. The Filtertron pickups deliver plenty of cut and snarl, but heaps of body and bass, and the volume and tone controls allow for a lot of tonal manipulation. The body springs back at you with every touch, it replies eloquently to a light touch and absolutely sings when strummed hard. The Bigsby is perfect on this body, it really opens up a whole lot of expressive capabilities. This instrument is in Excellent Shape with a couple minor finish marks near the knobs, a couple tiny dimples on the top, back has a few minor finish marks, headstock has some minor dimples and some light marks, light fret wear on the first few frets and the pickguard is missing, easy 9/10! ALL Original-NO Breaks, Cracks or Repairs. Includes an Original Hard-Shell Case!!
