Utilizing unique tone woods such as muiracatiara, or simply muir, for the top & a preciosa fingerboard along with a pair of Gibson’s patented 490R and 498T Alnico humbuckers, this is one truly gorgeous guitar. All SmartWood Les Pauls have the Forest Stewardship Council SmartWood-certified forestry designation on the truss rod cover. The FSC trademark identifies products that contain wood from well-managed forests, certified in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth by the Forest Stewardship Council. A portion of all sales are donated to benefit the Rainforest Alliance.
