The first Country Boy Deluxe was built specifically for flatpicker extraordinaire Bryan Sutton after called Bourgeois looking for a mahogany Dreadnought. They then decided to dress up the Country Boy for him. It was delivered a week before he began recording his second solo record, “Bluegrass Guitar” and not only does that guitar grace the cover, but it can be heard on eleven of the twelve cuts. The Country Boy Deluxe has since gained traction among players, and you can see and hear this guitar on stage and on recordings with other flatpicking greats like Keith Sewell (Lyle Lovett, Dixie Chicks), National Flatpicking Champion, Scott Fore and Missouri’s Bull Harman. The Country Boy Deluxe is a powerhouse built from premium Mahogany and Adirondack.
