Contemporary guitar icon Joe Bonamassa is known almost as much for his massive collection of vintage guitars as he is for his incendiary playing. Joe scours the globe for rare and interesting axes, and he’s partnered with Epiphone to release loving re-creations of his most prized guitars. The Epiphone Joe Bonamassa Black Beauty Les Paul Outfit pays tribute to Joe’s 1958 Gibson Les Paul Custom Black Beauty, one of 256 made at the Gibson factory in Kalamazoo, Michigan. This stunning triple-bucker beast blends period-correct details — such as multi-ply edge binding, Pearloid block inlays inspired by the Gibson L-5, historic closed-back Epiphone tuners, and gold hardware — with custom mods spec’d by Joe, including a trifecta of ProBucker pickups, updated electronics with Orange Drop caps and CTS pots, and a Graph Tech NuBone nut. This guitar is in minty shape with a couple micro marks, rated at 9.9/10. All original and free from any breaks, crack or repairs.
