Lovies Guitars is Excited to offer up this 1979 Gibson ES-335TD CRR Country Rock Regular Semi-Hollow Guitar with a Sunburst Finish! This is a Super Rare, Very Hard to find Collector’s Guitar and is one of only 300 made between ’79-80. Perfect for the player and collector alike. The main feature of this instrument is the pair of Tim Shaw Dirty Fingers pickups and the possibility to split the coils through a second switch. This adds a considerable variety of timbres to the guitar, from funk to rock to jazz, this is a highly versatile guitar! This ES-335TD CRR Country Rock Regular features a double bound all maple semi hollow body with a lovely sunburst finish. It’s loaded with two Dirty Fingers humbucker pickups. The 3-piece maple neck has a bound rosewood fingerboard with 22 frets and block inlays. This Axe comes equipped with an original coil tap switch, it also has a stock brass nut and TP6 bridge. Plays remarkably well with a nice low action. Great Shape, especially for its age, with checking, indents, marks and scuffs all over, hardware tarnish, buckle wear, a finish crack next to bass side f-hole, and stamped as a factory 2nd on the headstock, 8/10.
