Lovies Guitars is excited to offer a Beautiful 1983 Gibson Les Paul Custom in a Vintage Pearl White finish! Anyone who knows guitars will tell you that the 80’s was a great period for Gibson. They righted the ship, starting with their iconic Les Paul. That meant a move away from maple necks, volutes and pancake bodies of the 70’s back to what a real LP was. They celebrated the return to form with a bunch of really cool custom colors like this white pearl beauty. It’s also done up with gold hardware and an ebony fingerboard like a Custom would have. They tasked Tim Shaw with recapturing the magic that the original PAF’s pickups had and he hit a home run. Nice medium sized neck, not too small, not too big. It plays like a dream and sounds amazing through every amp in the shop. It’s the epitome of what a killer Les Paul should be! This vintage axe is in great shape especially for its age, however, there are some finish marks on the top, light buckle rash on the back, and a fair sized chip along the bottom edge. The neck has been refretted and the pots have been replaced but they are included. NO Breaks, Cracks or Repairs! Original Hard Shell Case included!!
