Description
Lovies Guitars is excited to offer up this 1991 Gibson ES-175 Archtop Hollowbody Electric Guitar with an Alpine White Finish! Ever since it hit the scene in 1949, the ES-175 has remained the world’s favorite “jazz box”. The Gibson ES-175 has long been the choice of many players, but its mostly considered to be a Jazz Box. While Jazz certainly sounds fantastic on a guitar like this, Country, Blues, even just strumming folky chords sound great! It also produces a decent amount of acoustic volume making it the perfect un-amplified electric couch guitar. A pair of Humbuckers are warm and have rich sounds, with a smooth top end and sweet mid-range. They are the perfect compliment to install in any Jazzbox! Independent volume and tone controls are tied to a 3-way toggle to easily find all the sounds you are looking for. This guitar is in great shape with hardware tarnish, finish checking, some blemishes/ finish fade, pickguard marks, some indents and marks and case lock is broken, rated at 8.5/10. All original and free of any breaks, cracks or repairs. Included with this guitar is an original hard-shell case, a complimentary sample of Fret-Not, our preferred fretboard cleaner, check it out at fretnot.net and a complimentary Cooper Standard Fin guitar pick—our favorite for enhanced control and reduced movement! Thank you for considering this exceptional instrument from Lovies Guitars.
