What else can we say other than this guitar is an embodiment of rock and roll! 1974 Plain Top Les Paul Standard with the wonderful “pancake body” that Gibson was known for at the time, complete with all the wear and tear you would expect from a vintage piece like this. This particular Les Paul has a three piece mahogany neck that is a bit on the thinner side and as smooth as can be, paired with a gorgeous rosewood fretboard. The Kluson tuners have been replaced with Gibson brand tuning pegs that provide for some awesome tuning stability, the neck had a refret and the headstock was repaired 40 years ago. The tone is huge, fat and thick and comes with the Original Pickup’s and Pot’s! This gorgeous piece of history with help you jam to all your favorite blues and rock licks and riffs and make you feel like that little kid air guitaring in the mirror again. Great shape for being over 40 years old, just your typical wear from that many years of rockin’, a fair amount of scuffs, indents and finish marks, chipped edges and a slight crack on the headstock. This axe has seen some love! Includes Hard Shell Case!!
