The Murphy Lab Johnny Winter Signature Firebird V is a model made for one of the most prominent blues guitarists in last 50 years, and it is placed within the Firebird section of the Gibson Custom catalog. This model comes with a solid Firebird body made of mahogany. Central part of the body is raised. Johnny Winter Signature Firebird is aged and worn to look as it has been played for years. Bridge section on this one is made up of a tune-o-matic bridge and a stoptail bar in the back. Pickups on this one are minibuckers, in both the bridge and neck positions.
