With the Ernie Ball Music Man custom floating vibrato, you’ll get in tune and stay there. It’s constructed of chrome-plated hardened steel with bent-steel saddles. The headstock is adorned with Schaller M6-IND locking tuners that make string changing fast and easy. Just insert the string, tighten the clamp screw, and tune it up to pitch. Strings won’t be wound around the shaft, so your tuning will be reliable, no matter how hard you play. The roasted maple neck and Rosewood fingerboard of the Ernie Ball Music Man St. Vincent HH feature 22 frets, a 25.5″ scale, and 10″ radius. The neck feels great in your hand, thanks to the gunstock oil and hand-rubbed wax. There’s no stickiness to slow you down, and the natural woodiness makes the instrument feel like an extension of your hand. Along with the sculpted body heel, the overall fluidity of the neck is extraordinary in all regards. Ernie Ball Music Man guitars, such as the St. Vincent HH, sport their innovative truss rod adjustment wheel, which makes it easy to fine-tune the neck. Just take anything small like an Allen wrench, a nail, a small screwdriver, etc., and poke it into the truss rod adjustment wheel. Turn the wheel a bit at a time until your neck feels just right, and your guitar will be ready to rock.
