Description
Lovies Guitars is excited to present this 1977 Gretsch 7670 Chet Atkins Country Gentleman Semi-Hollow Electric Guitar with a Walnut Finish! One of the most iconic Gretsch models, the 6122 Chet Aktins Country Gentleman made its debut in 1957. Starting 1971, the model number was changed from 6122 to 7670. The quintessential Gretsch Chet Atkins survived many configurations and this is one of the best. With actual ‘F’ holes, gold hardware, 2 Filter ‘Tron pickups and the useful (and slightly enigmatic) Gretsch tone switches. Master volume, individual pickup volumes, pickup selector and tone switch complete the electronics. Classic Bigsby tremolo with curved rounded arm. Great Gretsch sound and plays superbly. This guitar is in excellent shape with hardware tarnish, some indents and marks and a couple finish checks on the top, rated at 9/10. All original and free from any breaks, crack or repairs. Included with this guitar is an Original Hard-Shell Case and a complimentary sample of Fret-Not, our preferred fretboard cleaner, check it out at fretnot.net! Thank you for considering this exceptional instrument from Lovies Guitars.
