Lovies Guitars is offering up this gorgeous 1962 Gibson Southern Jumbo in Sunburst! This thing sounds phenomenal! Hands down top 5 best sounding Gibson Acoustics we’ve gotten in recent memory! This guitar has such a deep and rich tone and resonates around the whole room! It has a very cool checking patter, it has one particular wear spot on the upper bout and a crack, also a repaired crack (about 3 inches) on the backside. As far as the rest of the guitar it’s just some regular wear, scratches. It’s had some bridge work done, looks like veneer added to bridge.  It feels phenomenal and the Brazilian Rosewood fretboard is so easy to play on. This was a true Golden Era for Gibson!
